Students

From courses, to research, to planning events, opportunities for students to engage in the Bicentennial are numerous.

Faculty

Academic and grant funding opportunities are available for faculty. The College of Literature, Science, and the Arts is sponsoring theme semesters in both the Winter and Fall 2017 academic terms. Grant funding opportunities are available for projects that will explore Bicentennial themes.

Staff

Read about the contributions of staff members, current and past, to the University. Staff have opportunities to tell their own story, find out about current University workplace initiatives, and apply for funding for new projects that will explore Bicentennial themes.

Bicentennial Alumni Awards

The Office of the President established the U-M Bicentennial Awards to recognize the breadth and excellence of recent graduates of the University. Awards will be granted at Spring and Winter Commencements in 2017. Award nominations closed Dec. 9, 2016.
